Cuba Gooding Jr. – A Total of 14 Women Accuse Him Of Sexual Misconduct, 1 Woman Alleges He Squeezed Her Bear Breast & Requested She Urinate In His Mouth

A total of 14 women have now accused actor Cuba Gooding, Jr. of sexual misconduct. And they are providing details of what they say happened between them and Cuba Gooding. 

Court documents have detailed one woman’s alleged account with Cub Gooding that dates back to February 2011. She said she was walking past him in a Los Angeles bar when he grabbed her arm. They had “no prior interaction.” The documents allege Gooding 

“placed his hand inside the woman’s blouse and squeezed her bare breast while he stated, in substance, ‘Sit on my face, pee in my mouth.'”

She shoved him and away and said,

“You’re so nasty.”

But he allegedly grabbed her arm a second time when she walked past him again to go to the bathroom. A witness reportedly told him to leave her alone, and Gooding allegedly responded with,

“I want her to sit on my face and pee in my mouth.”

Another woman said she met Gooding at Santa Monica’s Shore Bar when he allegedly asked her to lean in to tell her something, but instead grabbed her butt, breast and kissed her without her consent.

He’s also accused of reaching under a female stranger’s skirt, touching her private area at Cafe Habana in Malibu, Calif. in 2012. She allegedly reacted when she later saw him at Shore Bar and punched him in the neck or chest while screaming at him.

One woman said that he bit her shoulder from behind at Chi in Hollywood in 2006. She turned to face him and asked the actor if he bit her shoulder and he shrugged. But when she turned back around, he allegedly bit her shoulder again and is said to have gone as far as pulling up her shirt and pressing himself against her leg until a friend took him away.

Meanwhile, Gooding is already gearing up for trial for two of the 14 women, where he allegedly inappropriately groped a woman’s breasts in a Manhattan bar in June. He’s also been charged with allegedly pinching a woman’s butt at TAO nightclub on Oct. 24, 2018.

He pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges against him — two counts of forcible touching and two counts of third-degree sex abuse. He hasn’t been charged for the other 12 women yet, but prosecutors will still use their claims in an effort to prove Gooding allegedly has a practice of sexually assaulting women.

Prosecutors said in the court documents,

“Defendant’s past behavior shows that he routinely approaches women while at bars or nightclubs with whom he has had limited or no prior interaction, and touches them inappropriately.”

“Looking at these instances, it is clear that the defendant’s actions are intentional, rather than accidental, that he does not mistakenly believe the acts are consensual.”

Still, Gooding has denied the claims via his lawyer Mark Heller. Heller said of the 14 women’s claims Tuesday (Oct. 15),

 “None of those [claims] are accurate, none of them are truthful, and I think they are simply efforts on the part of those individuals to draw themselves into the notoriety and publicity of this case.”

“If any of them had any credence or validity, they would have been incorporated into criminal cases.”
