Ella Mai Links w/ Usher For New Single “Don’t Waste My Time” [LISTEN]
R&B vet Usher joins newly awarded Grammy singer Ella Mai for a new flirty collaboration. Produced by Bryan-Michael Cox and Jermaine Dupri the track is entitled, “Don’t Waste My Time.” Their fresh new duet samples Hi-Five’s 90’s classic, “I Like the Way (The Kissing Game).”

As previously reported, Usher has been in the studio working on a new album with Dupri. In March, Usher teased a sequel to his highly acclaimed 2004’s Confessions.

It will reportedly feature a reunion with his “Yeah!” and “Lovers and Friends” collaborators Lil Jon and Ludacris. On Tuesday (Nov. 19th), Lil’ Jon took to Twitter confirming that the trio has already laid down their reunion track on the singer’s upcoming album. He writes
“WE DID IT ALREADY COMING ON USHER NEW ALBUM.”

No word on if Usher’s newest release with Ella Mai will be featured on his highly anticipated Confession sequel, but the singer has been putting in overtime in the studio for something big! This past summer, he was spotted with another Grammy alumni, Mariah Carey. She shares their studio date on Instagram writing,
“Have you ever felt so enamored baby (that’s how much I love you)” If you don’t know it, listen to Rainbow!”
