Summer Walker Criticized By Fans For Showing Up Late To Toronto Concert To Hang Out With Drake, Singer Blames Border Patrol

Girls need love, too – but yesterday (11/25/19) singer Summer Walker seemed to trade in her fans’ love for a quick hangout session. Toronto fans, reportedly, waited in the cold for hours to attend Summer Walker’s “First And Last Tour” stop in “The Six.” Fans swarmed social media in anger, resulting in the singer trending on Twitter.

But concertgoers were horrified to find out that instead of getting ready for her show at the venue, she was allegedly hitting the streets of Toronto with her super-producer boyfriend London On Da Track, and rapper Drake.

She was even posting their shenanigans to her Instagram Story in real time.

And with Summer Walker’s show having no opening acts, fans took to their socials calling it

“the worst experience of their lives.”

Summer has responded to the backlash explaining that she goes on stage when she’s told to go on stage. She says that she only hung out with Drake a few minutes.

“I only had a two minute conversation with him.”

She said that by the time she got on stage, she was unaware that fans were waiting. She also blames the Toronto Border Patrol.

The reason why y’all were waiting on me because Toronto’s borders are out of this f*cking world. They held my truck up with all of my equipment…they held all that sh*t up at the border for mad long…How we gon play a show with no mic, no guitar?

She also says that Toronto Border control also took her bags and she still has to wait to receive her belongings.
