Dance recitals are now becoming a new normal for Blue’s proud parents, Beyonce and Jay-Z. Back in July, the spunky seven-year-old took to the stage to remake her Mom’s version of Frankie Beverly & Maze’s “Before I Let Go” at another Debbie Allen Dance Academy recital.
