G Herbo Pleads Guilty In Battery Case, Sentenced To 12 Months Of Probation + Avoids Jail Time
Chicago rapper G Herbo just entered into a guilty plea in the battery case against him.
According to TMZ Monday (Jan. 6), G Herbo not only pleaded guilty in the Fulton County Solicitor’s Office, but he also won’t have to go to jail. He just has to stay out of trouble.
However, he will have to be on probation for 12 months and complete 150 hours of community service. He also reportedly was ordered to enroll in a 24-week family violence intervention class.
G Herbo, who is currently dating Fabolous’s stepdaughter, Taina (the daughter of Fabolous’s long-time girlfriend Emily B) was arrested in Atlanta after claims from the mother of his child Ariana Fletcher, that he assaulted her during a dispute. She said that he allegedly dragged her by her hair and scratched her arm.
He was up against a count of misdemeanor battery.
His lawyer released a statement and said G Herbo is
“eager put this incident behind him and to move on with his life and his work—both in the studio and in the community.”
She continued,
“It is Herbert’s sincere desire to maintain harmony going forward while continuing to take care of his responsibilities to his family and to everyone else who depends on him.”
G Herbo hasn’t commented on the guilty plea on social media.
Ariana Fletcher has stayed quiet about it publicly as well. But, they’ll still have to communicate as they have a son together who will be two this year.
