Safaree Samuels is weighing in on abuse. The 38-year-old reality star recently tweeted advice for people that may be going through a situation that involves abuse. He tweets:

Verbal abuse is no different from physical. I don’t know why I’m saying this but I think it’s God Because some1 out there needed to hear this.

He continued,

So if your in a situation like that either work on fixing it or work on leaving. Be blessed to whoever this struck a chord with.

Earlier this month, Safaree Samuels and his wife Erica Mena welcomed a baby girl.
