Oprah Winfrey announces she is donating $10 million to assist Americans during COVID-19 pandemic
Celebrities and A-listers are continuing to give back in an effort to help fight the coronavirus pandemic. Today (April 2nd), Oprah Winfrey announced that she will be donating $10 million to support people and cities across the country. The 66-year-old media mogul tweeted,
‘I am donating $10 million overall to help Americans during this pandemic in cities across the country and in areas where I grew up For more on this Fund and how everyone can be of service, watch this free AppleTV+ conversation here’.

Oprah is committing $1 million to America’s Food Fund, a fund launched by Leonardo DiCaprio, Laurene Powell Jobs, Apple, and the Ford Foundation.
I believe that America’s Food Fund will be a powerful way to make a difference for our neighbors in need and am committing $1 million to this fund to support those facing food insecurity.

DJ Khaled’s foundation is donating supplies to New York and Miami healthcare professionals.
Kylie Jenner and her mom Kris Jenner have teamed up with a beauty company to make hand sanitizers.
Russell Wilson and his wife are donating 1 million meals with Food Food Life Line.
