Kodak Black Says He’ll Need A Knife At New Jail He’s Being Transferring To

Rapper Kodak Black gives a quick update of his prison experience following the rapper’s recent transfer from an alleged corrupt detention center. On Wednesday (April 8th), the ‘Tunnel Vision,‘ rapper took to his Instagram to air his most recent frustrations from behind bars. In his lengthy post, Kodak says he was moved more than 1,000 miles away from his family.
“Man these people stay srynna f*ck Me Ova. All this #Coronavirus sh*t and y’all talkin bout trynna charge A ni**a for A bogus fight. If y’all gonna charge me DO IT NOW then. Don’t try to wait until I’m almost home, hell naw. Then if y’all was charging me why y’all letting me out da box?! On top ff that y’all send me way to kentucky USP Big Sandy 1,023 miles away from my family after Donald Trump passed the First Step Act stating that the BOP is supposed to keep you within 500 miles of your family.”

He also adds how he is uncomfortable in his new facility and needs a knife for protection,

“I ain’t no b*tch and I’ll blow me some sh*t up so they send me to the compound where it’s only 3 n****z from Florida there, so regardless of who talkin like they got my back. Imma need me a f*ckin KNIFE bcuz I don’t know nobody. These people breaking all type of laws with me.”

Kodak ends his update claiming that he is being set up in his new facility to be sentenced for more time.
“These people setting me up letting me out the box and sending me to the worst penitentiary so I can get in some more trouble so when they do decide to bring me to court they can have some more sh*t to say. Y’all the one beat me up and did me wrong. Y’all should be getting A new charge!!”

As previously reported, Kodak called out two officers, Lieutenant F. Arroyo and Santiago Torres back in January who he claims are the leaders of what he feels is a conspiracy against him.

“Lieutenant F. Arroyo has been very vindictive towards me and I have a strong feeling it has something to do with me being set up, laced, bruised and brutally beaten two weeks before my court date.”

Kodak accused Office Torres of abusing her authority and taking away his phone privileges.

“There is a big conspiracy going on in this building. Me. Santiago Torres is using her position wrongfully in Miami FDC and is abusing her authority. She has been writing falsified incident reports on me, to take phone privileges that I get once a week while in solitary.”

In addition, the mother of incarcerated rapper fears for her son’s life and she said she’s willing to take her own life if something happens to him behind bars. She’s hired Benjamin Crump, the lawyer who represented Trayvon Martin‘s family, to sue her son’s prison facility.

In fact, Crump said during a press conference that right before their scheduled welfare check on Kodak, he was immediately moved to Kentucky.

“We know something happened in that prison. Literally, only hours before we meet with him, they put him on a bus to Kentucky. We believe they intentionally moved him, so he couldn’t meet with his attorneys. She wants to make sure that while he’s in their custody, that he doesn’t end up dead, so she is very concerned as well as all of her family that these allegations are to be taken seriously.”
