Anthony Anderson Enlists Fans’ Help On His Incoming Gray Hairs: To Dye Or Not To Dye?
“Black-ish” lead actor Anthony Anderson is looking to get advice from fans on whether he should dye his beard gray. In a video posted on his Instagram page, he said:
“Alright family.. Tell me… I plan on growing my beard during this hiatious time anyways that was going to be from March to August, so it’s not necessarily a quarantined beard..[But], since I’m growing the beard, should I let the gray grow too? I thought I was going to dye it to dye it just because… I kind of dig it.Y’all are digging it. So let me know. Should I dye it? Or, should I just let it rock on out, and then dye it when I go back to work? […]Tell me what I should do.”
Underneath the video, Anthony Anderson captioned:
To dye or not to dye? That is the question. Thoughts? #justakidfromcompton
An hour prior, Anthony Anderson teased that he would dye his beard on IG Live. In a post to his 1.4 million followers, the 49-year-old actor captioned:
Tomorrow I’m going to dye my beard myself on IG live with my barber @staceykutzlive and it ain’t baijing or just for men! Send me some times for what works for you to tune in. #justakidfromcompton

Another actor and comic, Kevin Hart, shared his thoughts last month (March 27), on embracing his gray hairs.
“I’m not gone lie to y’all, I’m kind of rolling with the grey hair,” Hart said. “I’m feeling it man. Now I ain’t never not been working for this long, so I ain’t never had a chance to let it grow like this. I’m rolling, grey hair in the beard. Grey hair up top, on the side.”

Just last month (April 3), rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson trolled Hart and Sean “Diddy” Combs for rocking gray hair amid the coronavirus pandemic. The “POWER” show creator posted a snapshot of the pair alongside former NFL player Deion Sanders on his IG page. On the post the rapper captioned:
“man where the f*** is the time machine, they got old on quarantine. LOL”
To which, Hart replied:
“F*** off man…. I used the product this week”
And Deion Sanders:
“Man I can shave ! And I look younger than u.”
