Kenya Moore Wants A RHOA ‘Shakeup’: We Need Fresh Faces!

RHOA Season 12 cast

Kenya Moore Wants A RHOA ‘Shakeup’: We Need Fresh Faces!

Kenya Moore was the center of lots of drama this past season of Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

But now, she’s ready for something fresh. The former beauty queen, who made her return on the recent 12th season, said the cast needs even more changes ahead of season 13.

She told Hollywood Life,

Listen, I’m not a network, I’m not the production company. I won’t speak to who should be back and who shouldn’t be back, but I definitely think we need a cast shake-up. I think that we need fresh faces. I think [with] all of the franchises, what keeps them interesting is that you have new people, so I think that we definitely need some new people.”

This season, fans saw Kenya Moore clash with Nene Leakes and suffer major drama inside of her marriage to Marc Daly.

Interestingly enough, Nene Leakes also said previously that the cast could use a shakeup. But Kenya Moore wasn’t the co-star she wanted to be stripped of her peach. In fact, she said she thinks her arch-nemesis is good for the reality TV series.

“I have never said Kenya should leave the show, I always said Kenya should be on the show, she’s good for the show, whether I like her or not. She’s controversial, she’s the craziest person I know, that girl ain’t got no sense, she’s perfect for the show she’ll do things and say things that nobody else would do or say.  She needs to be here.”

As for who she thinks she should leave, she said in March:

“I don’t feel like Eva [Marcille] brings that much to the cast. I’m just being honest. It’s really like, when you look at a show like, everybody — like the whole cast — is away, and you don’t miss the person at all, it’s sort of like, we didn’t even know you were here, you know? And all season, doing a lot of scenes from FaceTime, that’s been the last couple of seasons … So, If I had to change, I would change her.”

She added,

“I don’t feel like Eva brings that much to the cast.

Nene also named a few previous cast members she wouldn’t mind starring on the show again, including Phaedra Parks, who left after she spread rumors that Kandi Burruss and her husband wanted to sexually assault Porsha Williams.

“Yeah, that’s kinda the bad thing about it, but still, I would like to see her come on as, like, a friend of the show. Play around for a couple of episodes, because I still think there’s unfinished business there. I think it is unfair for the rest of the cast to face people who they have issues with and then she doesn’t get to face who she has an issue with. So, the one time she had a real issue with somebody, all of a sudden, they have to be off the show? So, I don’t think that part is fair, and I think it’s OK for me to speak my opinion about that, Kandi, and I will continue to do so.”
