Cardi B Accused Of ‘Degrading Black Women’, She Reacts: You Conservative Republicans Always Use My Name To Get Viral Tweets!
Cardi B hasn’t bitten her tongue in the past and now is no different. On June 18, the female rap star replied to a Twitter user who commented,
“Aunt Jemima is degrading to black women but Cardi B isn’t?”
Cardi B responded,
“Bro why you conservative Republicans always use my name to get viral tweets cause how me & Aunt Jemima correlate? Aunt Jemima is degrading because it’s a symbol that emplies black women are only good to be masa servant or cookin nanny THATS WHY!”
The reference to Aunt Jemima comes after the Quaker Oats brand announces that they will be giving the Aunt Jemima syrup and pancake mix a new brand image and name after acknowledging its
“origins are based on a racial stereotype.”

Although some Twitter users opted to respond with reports that the Aunt Jemima character was first manifested by Nancy Green, a Black woman who was formerly enslaved and became the face of the product in 1890, others wanted to join in with their personal opinions on Cardi B.
