‘Family Matters’ Star Darius McCrary’s James Brown Wig Clowned On Twitter As #EddieWinslow Trends
Darius McCrary, famously know for this role as Eddie Winslow on the 90’s classic TV show Family Matters, is currently trending for his role as James Brown, The Godfather of Soul on an upcoming episode of BET’s American Soul.
It’s not just the role that has him trending, it’s the wig selection chosen for the role, which led to the internet questioning Darius McCrary’s actual name, and solely referring to him under his previous character name using the #EddieWinslow hashtag.

American Soul is s a 1970s period-based show, that shows the life of TV show host and producer, Don Cornelius, and the story behind his legendary music and dance show ‘Soul Train’, which ran from 1971 till 2006.
