Married To Medicine’s Dr. Heavenly Gifts A Young Activist W/ Free Veneers After She Was Reportedly Hit In The Face By An Officer
“Married To Medicine: Atlanta” star and licensed dentist practitioner Dr.Heavenly recently gifted a young activist from Chicago with a new set of teeth. She is the owner of her own dental practice, Smiles by Dr. Heavenly in Atlanta Georgia. She is also a member of the reality TV show “Married To Medicine”, which she has been apart of since 2015.
She volunteered her services after a Chicago police officer was filmed punching a teenager in the mouth during a protest, allegedly knocked out her teeth.
According to Fox 32, 18-year-old Miracle Boyd and others were protesting the Christopher Columbus statue in Grant Park. Miracle Boyd recorded the protest when an officer allegedly punched her because she wouldn’t stop. Other activists said Boyd was filming to keep accountability with the officers, but the officer who allegedly struck her didn’t want her to record.
After hearing about the incident, Dr.Heavenly gave the young activist veneers at no charge.
My beautiful Miracle @miracleboyd18 I’m so sorry this happened to you! Glad I could help.
Boyd also posted a new pic showing off her new smile along with the caption,
“Thank you Dr. Heavenly for the smile!!!!!!
Boyd mentioned that Dr. Heavenly reached out to her after IG users repeatedly tagged the dentist. After she was made aware of the story, Miracle was flown to Atlanta. She said:
“Definitely a blessing and free of charge because of my story and the video.
Regarding the officer who reportedly punched her in the mouth, Boyd says that legal action will be taken.
“The cop who attacked me has yet to be identified; however, my lawyer is taking the necessary steps to locate him. I was notified that he is from [Cook County State Attorney]Kim Fox’s office. We are suing the city and we are demanding that the cop be relieved of his duties.”
