Rapper Megan Thee Stallion has finally identified the alleged person who shot her twice in her feet.  Megan The Stallion previously claimed that Tory Lanez was the shooter, and she is putting her pain into a freestyle, rapping about being shot two times, and how she bounced back from the situation with a Revlon deal,
