Big Sean Cries While Celebrating The Release Of His New Album ‘Detroit 2’
Big Sean’s new album “Detroit 2” has finally been released. The 32 -year -old rapper took to Instagram Live on Thursday night (September 3rd) to share with fans the release of the long-awaited album. Big Sean was seen holding back tears while sharing the good news.
“It’s been a long time coming for sure. I put my first album out almost 10 years ago so… I just wanna say I appreciate it.”

Big Sean recently announced that the release date of his new album would be September 4th. From the time he announced his new project, fans have shown their excitement and anticipation.
The 21- track album is loaded with big collaborations including, Lil Wayne, Travis Scott, Eminem, Justin Bieber, Post Malone, the late Nipsey Hussle, and more. It also includes three songs titled “Story,” which feature Comedian/Actor Dave Chappelle, singer Erykah Badu, and music legend Stevie Wonder.

Ahead of its release, Big Sean was very active on Twitter to promote his new project, interact with fans, and assure them that he put time and effort into this new album.

Detroit 2 is Big Sean’s fifth studio album. His debut album, Finally Famous, came out 10 years ago. The Detroit rapper has been making moves and staying on top of the music charts ever since. Congratulations to Big Sean on his new album!
