Nicki Minaj: Her Mother’s ‘WCW’ Post Sparks Rumors That She Gave Birth To Her Baby

A simple #WCW post has some Nicki Minaj fans sitting on the edge of their seats hoping to receive official news that the rap star has given birth to her baby.

Nicki’s mom, Carol Maraj posted a sweet message to her daughter in the form of a “Woman Crush Wednesday” post and now social media users are reacting.

In July, Nicki Minaj announced that she and her husband Kenneth Petty were expecting a bundle of joy.  She posted to Instagram with the good news alongside a photo that visibly showed her round belly.

She simply announced,

Though we have not heard any confirmation from Nicki Minaj or Kenneth Petty, Celina Powell revealed the alleged gender of the baby saying that she heard from Lil Wayne that the two were expecting a baby girl.

On an episode of No Jumper with Adam Grandmaison, Celina alleges

“Anyway, Nicki Minaj is pregnant with a girl.”

Stating that she heard the news from Lil Wayne, she recalled how she allegedly found out.

“I was with somebody and Lil Wayne Facetimed him and they were talking about Nicki’s pregnancy.”

Further clarifying, she said

“Somebody told Wayne, like, ‘What is she having?’ …and he was like ‘I think she just found out it was a girl.”

No statements have been made on Nicki Minaj’s behalf.  The Cash Money rapper has been inactive on social media for a while.
