Lori Harvey Avoids Jail Time In Hit-And-Run Incident, Gets 2 Years Of Probation
Model and influencer Lori Harvey has avoided jail time in a hit-and-run case. According to sources, Lori Harvey reportedly saw a judge this week and issued a no-contest plea to one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest. Allegedly, she will face two years of probation.
Back in October 2019, the 23-year-old stepdaughter of comedian and mogul Steve Harvey was involved in a car accident.
She was taken into custody on allegations that she crashed into a parked car, flipped her G-wagon over, and then literally ran on foot from the scene. Originally, she was charged with two misdemeanors, one count of resisting, delaying, obstructing a police officer, and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. In January when she appeared in court (January 21st) she pled not guilty.
Lori has made no mention of the incident on social media. She did post pictures of a recent trip to Miami along with other bikini selfies.
