“First and foremost, I hope Ellen is well, I haven’t spoken to her, obviously I hope she’s doing okay. We’re getting our tests every day for the next 10 days, and quarantining from each other.”
He spoke on the potential impact the coronavirus could have on women who are expecting and added:
“The virus can affect pregnant ladies differently, so anywhere, we’re doing our best. I’ve got my mask in the house. You know, I’m double-masking in the house.”
Ellen DeGeneres announced her positive diagnosis earlier this month. She tweeted a statement that reads:
“Hi Everyone, I want to let you all know that I tested positive for Covid-19. Fortunately, I’m feeling fine right now. Anyone who has been in close contact with me has been notified, and I am following all proper CDC guidelines. I’ll see you again after the holidays. Please stay healthy and safe.”
