Kid Cudi isn’t too happy with his music being used in the latest TikTok trend. American rapper Kid Cudi, born Scott Mescudi, recently took to his Twitter account and shared that he doesn’t appreciate his popular song ‘Day ‘N’ Nite’ being taken out of context for TikTok content. ‘Day ‘N’ Nite’ was released in 2008 and according to Kid Cudi, he wrote the song during a challenging time in his life.
Recently ‘Day ‘N’ Nite’ has been trending on TikTok as many users of the popular app have been using the line “now look at this” from the song to create funny videos.

Kid Cudi shared in a tweet on March 12 that he doesn’t like what TikTok has done with his song’s lyric. He tweeted,
“I dont f*ck w what they did to my song on tik tok takin out the lyrics. We live in a strange time. Im not flattered.”
