Former Bad Boy rapper Mark Curry alleges that Diddy has reached out to help Black Rob, born Robert Ross, amid health issues and speculation that he’s homeless. As previously reported, fans became concerned for Black Rob, who was also once signed to Bad Boy, after the 51-year-old shared a video online of himself in the hospital as he showed love towards the late rapper DMX.

Diddy, who is the founder of Bad Boy Records, received some backlash after the news about what his former artist is dealing with spread. In a recent Instagram video post, Mark Curry shared that Diddy has been in contact with Black Rob and is trying to help. He said,

“We don’t have to wait until we can’t do anything to try to do what we can. We don’t have to continue to live on this earth grown and mad at each other.”

He added,

“Rob is here and a lot of people want to know how he’s doing but these the same people- they don’t reach out to me. Reach out to me. I’m not- I don’t hate you. I don’t dislike you. Puffy we need your help. And you are reaching out [and] you’re trying to help. We not go say he’s not. Puffy is really trying to help.”
