Lil Nas X Wants Rihanna & Bad Bunny On ‘Montero’ Remix
Lil Nas X has received plenty of criticism for his new single Montero (Call Me By Your Name), but it looks like he wants the remix to be even bigger.
If he gets his way, he would have superstar Rihanna and Bad Bunny jump on the remix. He said during an interview with Capital Radio’s Roman Kemp, that the Where Have You Been? singer and the Puerto Rican rapper his ideal artists for a potential part two of the single.
While Kemp suggested it could already be happening, Lil Nas X clarified that it isn’t.
“I wish. What if I ask for it? I don’t want to jinx it.”
Lil Nas X previously warned fans that the controversial song could be pulled from streaming platforms after it reached #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart.
He wrote April 13th,
“not even joking. everybody stream call me by your name hard today because it may no longer be available tomorrow and there’s nothing i can really do about it. thanks for all the support tho!”

He later told fans,
“everybody screen record the audio/video on youtube so you will have the song in your gallery worst case scenario”
He continued,
“thank you to everyone for using your voices. i’m not placing any blame on the streaming services. most people have said they are able to go and redownload. please let me know if you guys still have a problem.”
