Kid Cudi Stays Positive In Cryptic Message About Overwhelming Sadness: God Has Better Days Waiting For Me
Kid Cudi recently shared a mysterious Instagram post, leaving fans wondering what the artist may be enduring behind closed doors.
In the early hours of Tuesday, June 8th, Kid Cudi (born Scott Mescudi) posted a photo that appeared to reference mental health and his faith. Specifically, the post seems to shed light on how one must keep hope that God will improve their personal situation. The post is comprised of text overlaying a picture of two palm trees, reading:
“Sadness eats away at me sometimes. How do I deal? A lot of u hit me and ask how I get through. Truthfully, idk. Some days are great, others not so great. I just try to believe God has something better for me. I try to have faith in the light. Please, believe.”
Similarly, the post is captioned:
“God has better days waitin for me. I just know it.”

The comments on the post were largely supportive for Kid Cudi–with some even thanking him for being so open and honest. Following the upload, the “Man On The Moon” singer has not issued a further comment on the matter.
This cryptic Instagram post comes about two months following the singer’s April 11th Saturday Night Live performance, where he rocked a floral dress. Many speculated that Kid Cudi wore this outfit to pay tribute to Kurt Cobain, who committed suicide back in 1994 and wore a similar dress at various performances.
