Khloe Kardashian Responds To Criticism For Calling Kanye West Her Brother For Life: This Is My Family, Not Yours

Khloe Kardashian is standing by her well-wishes to Kanye West–and shutting down a naysayer!

Yesterday (Tuesday, June 8th) was Kanye West’s 44th birthday. Despite their ongoing divorce, Kim Kardashian decided to share a heartfelt birthday post for the rapper, captioning it “Love U for Life!”

Similarly, her sister Khloe Kardashian wished her former brother-in-law a happy birthday as well, writing:

“Happy birthday to my brother for life!!! Have the best birthday Ye! Sending you love and endless blessings!! [white heart emoji]

Kim Kardashian commented with a balloon underneath her sister’s post, and all seemed well. However, one commenter felt compelled to share her thoughts–and throw Khloe Kardashian under the bus. The user wrote:

“@kimkardashian. I’m sorry Kim. The whole ‘brother for life’ thing is too petty for me. Your sister bond should be much more strong than feeling the need to say that. Your divorce was so hard on you even the picture is just uncalled for. There [are] so many other pictures. Google could [have] been her friend. This wasn’t cute but I’m glad [you’re] being strong through it all.”

Khloe soon saw the fan’s comment, and issued a response She replied:

“Why are you even commenting on something you know nothing about? You don’t think me and my sisters talk about one another’s feelings? We are with one another everyday. This is MY FAMILY. Not yours! Don’t comment as if you in the know unless you are actually in the know. Weirdo!!”
