Sharon Stone Laughs Off Rumors She’s Dating Rapper RMR: You Couldn’t Have Asked A Funnier Question

Update #1 (July 12th): Sharon Stone has addressed rumors that she’s dating up-and-coming rapper, RMR, who is also 38 years younger than her.

TMZ spoke with Sharon Stone and her son, Roan, 21, recently. They couldn’t help but laugh off reports as Roan said,

“You couldn’t have asked a funnier question.”

Original Story (July 7th): It seems like actress Sharon Stone, 63, has found a new man and is sticking beside him. According to reports, Sharon Stone is in a relationship with 25-year-old rapper RMR, seemingly pronounced as ‘rumor.’ It’s speculated that the pair have been dating for several months now and they have been spotted out on multiple dates recently around the Los Angeles area. An insider told Page Six,

“[Sharon Stone] is definitely having a hot girl summer.”

The insider continued and shared,

‘They were together hanging out with Drake’s [artist] PND, and they were canoodling and popping bottles. They were dancing to hip-hop. Chris Brown was also there.”

Another source added that RMR,

“respects [Sharon Stone] and thinks she’s cool as f*ck.”

They continued,

“They’re enjoying each other’s company right now and hanging out. They’re having a great time together.”

“They’re on the same frequency and it’s a very unique friendship.”

Sharon Stone and rapper RMR have not confirmed their rumored relationship, however, there are images online of the pair together as well as pictures of Stone wearing RMR’s signature ski mask. They have also liked each other’s posts on social media.

RMR is initially from Atlanta, Ga and he first gained public attention last year when his song ‘Rascal’ went viral on YouTube. RMR’s real name is unknown at the moment. He reportedly prides himself on being a private person which is why he wears his ski mask while out in public. He is signed to Warner Records and Cmnty Rcrds.

Sharon Stone made headlines last month after suggesting that Viola Davis was just as good as an actress as Meryl Streep. When asked what it was like to finally get the chance to work with Meryl Streep she said,

“I like the way you phrase that, that I finally got to work with Meryl Streep. You didn’t say, ‘Meryl finally got to work with Sharon Stone.’ Or we finally got to work together. Because that’s the way her life went, she got built up to be, ‘Everyone wants to work with Meryl. I wonder if she likes that?”

She continued,

“The way you structured the question is very much the answer to the question. The business was set up that we should all envy and admire Meryl because only Meryl got to be the good one. And everyone should compete against Meryl. I think Meryl is an amazingly wonderful woman and actress. But in my opinion, quite frankly, there are other actresses equally as talented as Meryl Streep. The whole Meryl Streep iconography is part of what Hollywood does to women.”

She added,

“Viola Davis is every bit the actress Meryl Streep is. Emma Thompson. Judy Davis. Olivia Colman. Kate Winslet, for f*ck’s sake. But you say Meryl and everybody falls on the floor.”

After her comments went viral, Sharon Stone took to her Twitter account to explain what she meant. She Tweeted,

“To be clear; Meryl Streep is one of the greatest actors of all times. Just not to the exclusion of others.
Sharon Stone”
