The top-earning rappers of last year have been revealed!
Yesterday (Monday, July 19th), Billboard released a list of the 40 highest-paid musicians of 2020, including the rappers who earned the most throughout the first year of the pandemic:
Post Malone was the highest-paid rapper of 2020, and the second-highest-paid musician overall for that year. He made a total of $23.2 million.

Next up on the list is Drake, who earned a total of $14.2 million during 2020.

YoungBoy Never Broke Again, also known as NBA YoungBoy, is up next–making him the third highest-earning rapper and ninth highest-paid overall musician. He racked in $11.9 million last year.

Lil Baby–who was named the top songwriter at the 2021 ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Awards–also made the list, earning $11.7 million.

Then, Eminem is listed, as he brought in $9.7 million in 2020.

The seventh highest-paid rapper is DaBaby, making $9.1 million. He is also number 17 on the comprehensive list of highest-earning musicians for 2020.
