NeNe Leakes Shares Update On Gregg Leakes’ Health Amid His Cancer Returning: He Is Coming Home After Being Hospitalized For Six Weeks

NeNe Leakes has shared a positive update on Gregg Leakes‘ wellbeing!

As previously reported, theJasmineBRAND conducted an EXCLUSIVE interview with NeNe Leakes last month, and she revealed Gregg Leakes‘ cancer had reappeared and that he was recovering from surgery. Gregg Leakes‘ cancer had been in remission for two years before its reappearance, and the effects of his treatments were seen on the 11th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

Now, NeNe Leakes has given a public update on Gregg Leakes‘ current status. Apparently, NeNe was scheduled to co-host an episode of The Talk, but she ultimately did not follow through with it. She addressed this on Twitter this past Wednesday (July 28th), and she revealed:

“I was suppose[d] to be hosting The Talk today but I got good news that Gregg was coming home after being hospitalized 6 weeks.”

This news comes a little over years ago after Gregg had been deemed cancer-free. NeNe shared the news on Instagram back in 2019, writing:

“Look at God! We are over joyed to say, we saw the doctors for the results of Gregg’s Pet Scan he took last week! Test show, wait for It…..WE ARE CANCER FREE!!! Yes God!”

Despite this, Gregg‘s cancer has unfortunately returned. However, after six whole weeks in the hospital, he is now going back home to his loved ones.
