Kenya Moore Wins Right To Show Daughter Brooklyn Daly On ‘RHOA’ Despite Marc Daly’s Efforts To Not Allow It

Kenya Moore can now show her daughter, Brooklyn Daly, on television once again!

This past Sunday (Aug. 15th), Radar Online revealed that Kenya Moore won the right to show her daughter, Brooklyn Daly, on The Real Housewives of Atlanta. This decision came back in June, and it was the result of a months-long legal battle between Kenya Moore and Marc Daly, her estranged husband.

Brooklyn Daly, born in 2018, appeared on the twelfth season of the series when Kenya Moore and Marc Daly were still together. However, following the pair’s separation and ensuing drama, the child’s face was blurred throughout the thirteenth season of RHOA.

Since then, the pair has been at odds over the matter, with the judge even calling it a “particular point of contention.” However, the judge ultimately sided with Kenya, claiming there was no evidence that:

“[Brookyln would be in] any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.”

Additionally, the judge added:

“Evidence has further shown that if [Kenya] is not able to involve the minor child, that it could negatively impact her ability to make money, or even be employed.”

Resultingly, Brookyln is now allowed to appear alongside her mother on the upcoming season of RHOA (with an unblurred face). However, Kenya has to inform Marc whenever Brooklyn is filming, and the child can only appear in scenes deemed “age appropriate.”

The pair remains at odds over custody and other issues resulting from their pending divorce battle.
