Alex Rodriguez Doesn’t Have Any Regrets In Life: Everything Happens For A Reason + Says He’s ‘Grateful’ For His Past W/ Jennifer Lopez

Alex “A-Rod” Rodriguez seems to be moving forward without any regrets in life after his breakup with Jennifer Lopez. As previously reported, A-Rod and J.Lo ended their engagement this past April after being together for more than 4 years. Soon after their split, news broke that J.Lo, 52, was rekindling things with her other ex-fiancé, Ben Affleck, 49.

During a recent interview, the 46-year-old former professional baseball player was asked what his biggest regret is in life. A-Rod revealed that he’s done a few “stupid” and “silly” things that make him “cringe” but he has no regrets.

He added,

“‘Everything happens for a reason. All of those things that have happened, I think I have done a good job at learning from my lessons and then applying them in the future. So like I said, no regrets.”

He also said of their relationship,

“I had five years of an incredible life and partnership and also with my daughters, we learned so much. And now we have the opportunity to take that and move forward and say, ‘You know what? We’re so grateful for the last five years, how do we make the next five years better because of lessons learned?'”

Despite not having any life regrets, sources claim A-Rod was shocked to see J.Lo move on so fast. An insider previously shared,

“A-Rod is shocked that J.Lo has moved on. He truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect. He has been reaching out to J.Lo trying to meet with her and she has been very short with him.”

It’s safe to say that Jennifer Lopez has definitely moved on from her time with Alex Rodriguez. Fans noticed earlier this week that she unfollowed her ex from Instagram and removed all of his pictures from her page.

A-Rod still follows J.Lo, however, and has many pictures of her remain on his IG page.
