Beyoncé at 40/40 Club’s anniversary event
News of the 40/40 Club’s anniversary party comes shortly after Jay-Z and Beyoncé faced criticism over their recent advertisement for Tiffany & Co. Last week, the couple appeared alongside a never-before-seen Jean-Michel Basquiat painting for the ad, prompting backlash from various individuals. On top of this criticism, Beyoncé also faced backlash for wearing the famed Tiffany Yellow Diamond, which is commonly referred to as a “blood diamond” due to it being acquired via colonization.
