NeNe Leakes Continues To Mourn Husband Gregg Leakes As She Shares More Memories: I Just Can’t

A couple of days have passed since the tragic loss of Gregg Leakes on Sept. 1 and former Real Housewives of Atlanta star, NeNe Leakes, continues to share beautiful memories of her husband. In an Instagram post shared today (Sept. 3), the reality star posted a clip of the two enjoying a special performance from R&B singers, Dondria and KeKe Wyatt, in 2016. In the caption, NeNe Leakes wrote:

“I just can’t”

Gregg Leakes lost his life to colon cancer at the age of 66 on Tuesday, September 1 . While filming Real Housewives of Atlanta, the couple opened up about his diagnosis for the very first time in season 11.

In 2019, Gregg Leakes announced that he was cancer-free, he went on to enjoy his time with family for the next two years. Unfortunately, in June 2021, NeNe Leakes told the JasmineBRAND that the cancer had returned.

Gregg and NeNe Leakes were together for over 20 years. They were remarried in 2013 after divorcing in 2011. The pair originally wedded in 1997 and welcomed their son, Brentt, in 1999.

NeNe previously (September 2) shared a video of her dancing with Gregg as the two appeared to be madly in love.
