50 Cent Says He Wants To Star In Romantic Comedy With Nicki Minaj: I Kind Of Understand Her A Little Bit More Than Other People

Curtis Jackson, also known as 50 Cent, is opening up about his future in television and film. In a new interview with Jalen Rose, the TV producer shares how he would like to star in a romantic comedy with fellow Jamaica-Queens rapper, Nicki Minaj.

50 Cent says,
“Nicki Minaj would be fun to be in a romantic comedy with. I kind of understand her a little bit more than other people.”
He added,
“I mean when she does s***, I’m looking, she’s tougher and being like this, like but she’s being an a** hole, because she’s telling you you’re not going to take advantage of her.
He continued,
‘She’s going, ‘Dont play with me’ before you play with her, you know what I’m saying? Because of how the temperment of the enviroment and how people are where you come from.”
Over the past several years, 50 Cent’s production credits have continued to grow. Under his production company, G-Unit Television, and Film, the rapper has produced shows like Power, Raising Kanaan, and most recently BMF, which stands for Black Mafia Family.

As previously reported, he announced he is also working with ABC Studios to produce a hip-hop competition series called “Unrapped.”
