Bow Wow Threatens To Quit Millennium Tour Due To ‘Too Much B****ing & Complaining’, Later Backtracks By Promising An Energy-Filled Show + Brings Angela Simmons Out On Stage

Bow Wow had a weekend full of drama and surprises!

Last month, the 2021 installment of the Millennium Tour kicked off–headlined by artists such as Bow WowOmarionAshantiSoulja Boy, and the Ying Yang Twins.

However, over the weekend, Bow Wow (real name Shad Moss) announced he was considering quitting the tour. It started with a tweet from early Saturday (Oct. 16th), in which Bow Wow stated:

“Too much b****ing and complaining on this tour! I’m bussn cats a**es EVERY NIGHT! Every night they try and complain and take something away from me! I give 1000% and y’all know it! ATL I HOPE Y’ALL SHOW TOGETHER! IMA BUSS YALL A** FOR 45 mins straight! TRY ME!”

The 34-year-old rapper continued:

“This might be my last show! ….. I’ve had enough.”

A few hours later, Bow Wow added:

“Here’s the truth! I do 15 min EVERY NIGHT! I cant even do my full songs. AND I STILL BE BUSTING FOLKS A**! think the fans don’t complain about my set being 15 mins? Only way I show up tonight if I do my full set! Straight up!”

Bow Wow then expressed that he believes he should’ve “waited this out” and performed in 2022 alongside Chris Brown instead.

“I knew I shoulda waited this out…. Shoulda rested up and did 2022 with my bro @chrisbrown.”

It’s also worth noting that the “Like You” rapper addressed the situation through Instagram as well:

“Might not even do the show tomorrow!!! I can’t deal with the BS! Y’all have no idea! I’ve been humble this whole time ….. just showing up and doing what I do… and it’s still a problem.”

He also posted an emotional video where he went off about the situation, starting off by proclaiming:

“All the n***as y’all love and like, they open up for me!… I invented this whole wave–the whole s**t! Me!”

As he continued his rant, it became evident that the main issue in the matter was essentially over creative differences regarding performances.

Despite his comments, Bow Wow later tweeted he’d be “going CRAZY” at the next show in Atlanta. He also claimed he and fellow headliner Omarion had addressed the issue and settled the matter:

“Just got off phone w O. Tonight gone be one for the ages … I promise you that! I’m going CRAZY I swear to god!”

Omarion notably responded to this tweet by hyping Bow Wow up. Additionally, Bow Wow further promoted the upcoming performance by tweeting:

“Ima chill! But I swear this show tonight Y’ALL GONE FEEL MY ENERGY! This gone be the best show I’ve ever did!”

Later, during the Atlanta Millennium Tour show, Bow Wow unveiled quite the surprise for his audience: Angela Simmons! The rapper ultimately brought Angela Simmons out during his performance, and she commemorated the occasion on Instagram by remarking:

“Great show ! Great Energy!”

After the Atlanta show, Bow Wow also shouted out Jermaine DupriT.I., and 2 Chainz for rapping with him.

He also shared a photo with an IV in his arm following the show.

The next day (Sunday, Oct. 17th), Bow Wow went on to headline a show in Charlotte, North Carolina–suggesting he is likely not quitting the Millennium Tour after all.
