RHOP’s Mia Thornton Says She’s Been Unfairly Body-shamed, Referred To As A Prostitute & A Liar: How Much Do You Expect A Person To Take?

Real Housewives of Potomac’s Mia Thornton Says She’s Been Unfairly Body-shamed, Referred To As A Prostitute & A Liar: How Much Do You Expect A Person To Take?

Mia Thornton is looking for some class when it comes to reality television. Last week, the Real Housewives of Potomac star shared that nasty drama almost stopped her from attending the reunion.

On Twitter, Mia Thornton wrote,

“I’ll answer this one. Because we (G & I) didn’t feel this platform was adding value to our lives. We don’t do “nasty” drama. I should have watched seasons 4 and 5 I thought I was signing up for Housewives of Beverly Hills vibes. I prefer to keep it classy.”

Some fans seemingly did not agree with Thornton’s comments, to which she responded saying:

“Hello loves, if y’all ask a questions and don’t like my answer that’s on y’all.”

Thornton went on to express some of the names that she has been called throughout the season, including a prostitute. She continued saying,

“How much do you expect one person to take? My life is amazing, I live, I laugh, I know how to have a good time! I love hard, have the best friendships, a healthy marriage, my businesses are successful and my children are happy and healthy. If G and I don’t feel this platform hasn’t added value then that’s our opinion. #RHOP has a phenomenal cast minus #shewhoshallnotbenamed. We can be shady but nasty, I don’t do it. I don’t have it in my heart to cut deep. Love y’all.”

Mia and Gordon, who is 32 years older than her, joined RHOP for its sixth season, which wrapped back in October. Part one of the four-part reunion, which will feature guest host Nicki Minaj, aired last week.
