Chlöe & Halle Bailey Get Trapped Inside An Elevator Before Their Victoria’s Secret Launch Party! [WATCH]

Chlöe x Halle ran into an unanticipated mishap during a recent elevator ride!

This past summer, news broke that Chlöe x Halle–comprised of sisters Chlöe and Halle Bailey–were partnering up with Victoria’s Secret PINK. The talented duo initially released a line of T-shirts with the popular brand that featured lyrics from their songs, and they expressed their excitement over working with the company:

“When going through our lyrics, we were determined to look for the messages that stood out to us as reminders of self-love, empowerment, and inspiration… It feels important for us to partner with Pink now to show young women that every size, shape, and color matter.”

Later, Chlöe and Halle Bailey‘s partnership with Victoria’s Secret PINK expanded to a limited-edition collection, which was introduced yesterday (Tuesday, Dec. 14th).

To commemorate this new collection, a launch party was held last night in New York City. However, the sisters ultimately wound up getting stuck within an elevator while on the way to the event! Chlöe and Halle Bailey went Live from the elevator in question, and Halle stated:

“We’re here in New York, and we’re at our PINK launch, and we were so excited about it tonight. And it’s gonna be a great night, but now we’re stuck in the elevator and we don’t know what to do!”

Chlöe added:

“At least we comfortable and can fall asleep… We’ve been stuck for five minutes now.”

Humorously, the sisters then briefly began singing Rae Sremmurd‘s “Come Get Her” and Sean Kingston‘s “Fire Burning” before continuing to assess their situation.

Chlöe and Halle Bailey continued speculating about their situation and interacting with fans through IG Live, even talking about the possibility of them eventually running out of air!

Thankfully, the situation eventually resolved itself, and the sisters made it to their launch party!
