My Husband, Attorney’s, & I fought really hard. I want to thank them for their long hours and sleepless nights. Winos it’s only up from here. See y’all in a few days.Back to work.
She later added,
I forgot to thank all of the viewers for all of your support. In this business, this is part of the protocol. Everyone in my seat has been through this, & this ain’t the last. This comes with the territory. See y’all Friday! It’s long overdue!
Original Story: Cardi B has won her libel case against popular Youtuber Tasha K. The rapper took legal action and sued her “for posting videos where she alleged, among other things, CB was a prostitute who dabbled in drugs and had contracted STIs”, according to TMZ.
Tasha was found liable on 3 separate claims, and Cardi’s been awarded at least $1 million. Cardi sued her in 2019 when the blogger refused to take down the damaging posts. Reportedly, That’s $1 million for pain and suffering and $250k for medical expenses.
She also took the witness stand during the trial and testified she was suicidal as a direct result of Tasha’s remarks.
No additional details about the case have been released.
