Tyrese’s Mother Is In A Coma After Battling Pneumonia & Covid

R&B singer/actor Tyrese Gibson is asking the prayer warriors to come together after revealing his mother can’t breathe on her own following catching Covid and falling into a coma.

While filming for an upcoming project, Fast & Furious star Tyrese Gibson says he had to ask the director to pause for a moment once receiving a phone call on his mother’s worsening hospital condition.

In the instagram post he writes:

“In the middle of filming and just got the worst phone call I’ve ever gotten… I just had to ask the director let me pause for a second close my eyes and pray….”

The Lately singer goes on to reveal that his mother is heavily sedated and can’t breathe on her own after being hospitalized for pneumonia and catching Covid.

He writes:

“This has been going on all week I haven’t posted [ I’m doing it this time cause I feel helpless this is my cry for help…. ”

As Tyrese later reveals, this is not his mother’s first time fighting hard for her life. Back in 2015 it was reported that his mother was in a state of critical condition after falling into a coma. A week later, the Baby Boy star excitedly announced she was on her way to making a recovery.

Tyrese is now once again asking those same prayer warriors to pray up a miracle for his mother, as he admits to feeling helpless in this situation.

He continues to write:

“God is able to do things, he’s pulled you OUT of a coma before….. Oh God I seen the light things have been going so well…. Now this….

Please guys praise you pray and even write out the prayers in the comments so that me and my family can read and be encouraged….

I feel helpless and need my prayer warriors to cover my mother please please keep her father God she’s got so much more to do…..

I never ever ask… #PrayerWarriors we need you now more than ever… Her name is Pricilla Murray…. Amen”

Tyrese especially asks that users write out their prayers and post them on his social media pages to continue to encourage himself and the family.
