Adele Hints At Having A Baby W/ Rich Paul Next Year, Avoids Engagement Questions

Adele gives more insight into her current state of affairs.

British songstress Adele appeared on a talk show in her native country to address a few things. Fans learned that she is definitely open to the idea of having more children. The “Hold On” singer also made it clear that, if her boyfriend Rich Paul popped the question, it wouldn’t be any of our business.

Of course, she gave an update on the recent Las Vegas residency fiasco. The vocalist pointed out that, while the original show had to be postponed, the residency must go on this year. This time next year, she might have a baby bump draining her stamina.

“It is absolutely 100 percent happening this year. It has to happen this year because I’ve got plans for next year. Imagine if I have to cancel because I am having a baby!”

When asked if she was really interested in giving her 9-year-old son Angelo a sibling, Adele replied:

“I would like to have more children – I only just feel like I’ve caught up with my sleep from nine years ago when I had my son.”

BRIT Awards viewers couldn’t help but notice the giant rock on–what appeared to be–her ring finger. Rumors of an engagement immediately circulated after she graced the red carpet for the ceremony. Of the speculation, the singer answered:

“If I was [engaged] would I ever tell anyone if I was or wasn’t?”

Adele announced her relationship with sports agent Rich Paul around the release of her album, 30. The album was five years in the making and came after her divorce from ex-husband Simon Konecki. 30 marked a brand new Adele, as she also debuted her stunning weight loss.
