50 Cent Wants Oprah & Tyler Perry To Apologize To Mo’Nique, Says He’s Going To ‘Put Her Back On’
It looks like 50 Cent is defending Mo’Nique and is advocating for a major comeback!
The TV mogul wants Oprah Winfrey, 68, and Tyler Perry, 52, to apologize to Mo’Nique, 54, for allegedly “blackballing” her in hollywood. On Monday (Mar.14), 50 Cent, 46, took to Instagram to share his thoughts about the actress by reposting a video from HotNewHipHop that highlights his thoughts about Mo’Nique’s complicated situation Winfrey and Perry. He captioned the post,
“I’m sure Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry would not want to continue to allow there influence to damage @therealmoworldwide career and this has went on for way to long. So now would be a great time to apologize because i’m gonna put her back on. GLG GreenLighGang I don’t miss! #bransoncognac”

This comes just one week after the rapper turned mogul publicly praised Mo’Nique after seeing her do a stand up comedy show. He was so moved by her performance that he had to share his reaction and also teased the idea of them working together in the future. He shared a picture of the actress on Instagram and captioned the post,
“I went to see @therealmoworldwide stand up show super bowl weekend . oh sh*t! it was so good, she had my ass in a trance. you gotta go check her out the shit was ? @bransoncognac @lecheminduroi”

As previously reported, The ‘Precious’ star, who received an Oscar in 2009, claimed that filmmaker Lee Daniels once told her that she’d been “blackballed” in 2015. In the years following, she called out Oprah Winfrey and Tyler Perry for being “fake.” She has demanded an apology from both and maintains her stance.
Last month, Mo’Nique made an appearance on Turnt Out with TS Madison where she talked about a conversation she had with Tyler Perry on the phone. Allegedly, he apologized to her and was open to meeting with her in person, except under two circumstances: that they meet without her husband/manager, Sidney Hicks and that she apologize to him. Mo’Nique continued by breaking down why she believes the beef between her and Perry has persisted this long.
On the season finale of @TurntOutWithTs #TurntOutWithTsMadison @moworldwide sat down with @TsMadisonatl1 for an in depth conversation about being blackballed and Tyler Perry wanting her to apologize to him and Oprah.
