August Alsina Denies Speculated Tell-All Book About His ‘Sex Life’ & ‘Entanglement’ W/ Jada Pinkett-Smith

August Alsina is setting the record straight after he shook the world with a new track on Wednesday, April 6.

The “Shake The World” rapper/singer shared a message with his 6.7 million Instagram followers Thursday, letting them know they need to “go find sum’n safe to do” instead of spreading rumors that he’s writing a tell-all book about his past relationship with Jada Pinkett-Smith. August Alsina wrote,

“What would be the need to write a book about my supposed “sex life” with ANYBODY, EVER, in life?..when they’ve written several fantasies, hypotheticals & fictions based about me on wattapad. If vou’re looking for that kind of entertainment, go read those! Read the book called “HOLY BIBLE” while you’re at it too, for whomever created and believed these lies. I’m just living my life, trying to create peace, from all the glass and broken pieces of hearts, in the life of my own and ones connected to me. Lastly; Why would one look to make that “type” of money, eating from the lowest of fruit, when God’s promise is GREAT HARVEST? I’m Gods very Own, so HE makes me RICH! & Not just in spirit. Be blessed. -King SiNA’ now go find sum’n safe2do 9″

As previously reported, a source claimed the “Entanglements” artist was,

“getting ready to sign a big money book deal which will detail his romantic liaisons with Jada. He has always maintained that Will gave him permission to sleep with Jada, something they have publicly denied.”

According to the source, August Alsina‘s tell-all would elaborate on his relationship with Jada Pinkett-Smith and his time living in homes owned by her husband Will Smith, while the actor was away filming. Rumors of the tell-all came in the days following the now-viral Oscars slap that occurred between Will Smith and Chris Rock at this year’s Academy Awards. During the film ceremony, Will Smith slapped the well-known comedian following a controversial joke he made about Jada Pinkett-Smith’s shaved head.

Alsina first revealed the relationship he shared with Jada Pinkett-Smith during an interview in June 2020, claiming that Will gave him the go-ahead. Jada later confirmed her romantic relationship with Alsina, however, according to her, what happened between them took place while she and Will were separated. The couple chatted about their unique situation during an episode of Jada’s talk show “Red Table Talk.”

Will wasn’t the only member of the Smith family to support his wife after news of the affair made headlines. Willow Smith also said she was “so proud” of her mother for being able to open up about the controversial romance publicly. While discussing what went down with her parents she said,

“I want to put it on the table. I’m so proud of you. To be able to see you and Dad do that, for me, that was like, OK, that’s the real deal. That’s real love.”

Jada replied,

“Full blast of flaws and feeling, and just the total breakdown of any mask…”
