Rick Ross Explains Viral Clip Of Himself Walking Out ‘The 85 South Show’ & Never Coming Back
The viral clip of Rick Ross telling podcast hosts that he was going to the bathroom and never coming back finally has a reason behind it!
Rapper/record executive Rick Ross, 46, is currently doing a lot of press as he gears up for his first annual car show. In an interview with Power 105.1’s “The Breakfast Club”, Rick Ross revealed that during his December 2021 interview with “The 85 South Show,” he was so “smoked-out” and “in the zone” that he didn’t even realize he left in the middle of the interview after taking his bathroom break.
During the interview, morning show host Angela Yee dived into the particular topic regarding his swift department during the comedy show podcast. Asking him what had happened, Rozay smoothly replied,
“I think I was just really in the zone. I was smoked-out good. I was in the zone. When I’m in the zone and get one of them money calls, I just ease out that m*th*f*cka.”
Rozay seemingly blames the mishap on getting distracted while taking a bathroom break, juggling between smoking a blunt and handling business calls causing him to leave the interview prematurely. He added that it wasn’t until the clip of him leaving mid-interview made its rounds across the internet that he realized what happened. Rozay continued,
“And I’mma be honest, when I found out about it, it was already everywhere online. I didn’t even realize it. I was in the zone. I went to the bathroom, was on the phone, smoked one and you go outside and you just leave. Rozay just left.”
The “Maybach Music Group” CEO even cleared the air with the podcast, letting it be known he doesn’t have any issues with “The 85 South Show” and nothing was said that led to a walk-out during the guest appearance. Rozay added,
“Them my little homies, too. Them my little homies, and it was a cool interview. You know, we smokin’, we chillin’ and sh*t and, man, I was in the zone.”
