Evelyn Lozada Fires Back At Joe Budden After He Accuses Her Of ‘Victim Bullying’ For Speaking About Her Experience W/ Domestic Violence: You Should Have Used Yourself As An Example

It looks like Evelyn Lozada has some words for Joe Budden.

During a recent episode of The Joe Budden Podcast, Joe Budden addressed the Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez debacle in which the Houston rapper claims Lanez shot her. While talking about the ongoing shooting incident, Joe Budden seemingly suggested that Megan Thee Stallion may actually be the bully for continuing to speak on the situation and used the term “victim bullying.” Budden then compared the Tory/Megan situation to ex-NFL player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson getting arrested for allegedly assaulting his then-wife, reality tv star Evelyn Lozada.

Joe Budden explained,

“There is such a thing as victim bullying…For years, any time [Chad’s] name came up, [Evelyn] popped up. It had nothing to do with her. She popped up and said, ‘He did this.’ It didn’t matter the rehabilitation he’d done and didn’t matter the changes that he made, the apologies, both public and private.”

Budden continued,

“For the next 10 years, every time I do something positive, you’re gonna pop up with this victim story. And you are the victim, so I don’t take that away. But that’s bullying.”

Naturally, many people took issue with Joe Budden’s comments, especially since the rapper-turned reality tv star has exes of his own that have accused him of domestic violence. Basketball Wives star, Evelyn Lozada quickly caught wind of Budden’s comments and fired back. She first took a shot at Budden in The Shade Room comment section. Evelyn Lozada wrote,

“You should of used yourself as an example and kept us the f**k out of it!! FOH!”

Joe Budden responded, seemingly clarifying his comments.

“We were discussing reactive abuse, not ‘seemingly’ comparing situations… prayers to everyone involved.”

Adding to the chaos, Joe Budden’s ex-girlfriend Tahiry Jose–who claims Budden previously abused her– also commented on the media personality’s controversial remarks.

“THE BIGGEST F###### NERVES ON EARTH!!! This is so wrong, so unfair but yet he still continues having a mic!”

Evelyn Lozada later took to her Instagram page and shared several comments from supporters who encouraged her to continue to use her platform to speak up about domestic violence. She then took it a step further and shared the 2012 photos of herself in the hospital following the domestic dispute incident with Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson.

The reality tv star also made a heartwarming video to domestic violence survivors who may have been triggered by Joe Budden’s comments. Evelyn explained,

“Not only is it triggering for me but it’s very triggering for all victims of domestic violence & I just feel like if we’re going to have these conversations then we need to have real conversations.”

Joe Budden has yet to respond to Evelyn Lozada’s latest video.
