Update: Young Money’s Mack Maine Says It’s “All Love” Between Lil Wayne & Mark Cuban, After Rapper Told Him He’d Urinate In His Mouth
Update: Young Money President Mack Maine has taken to social media, updating the public on this situation and noting that all is well between the pair. He tweets:
Just got off da phone with @mcuban and @LilTunechi and IT’s ALL LOVE!!!
Original Story: Drama between rapper Lil Wayne and businessman Mark Cuban might be the last thing you expected to happen this summer.
It looks like Lil Wayne, 39, and Mark Cuban, 63, won’t be playing nice any time soon! The two men have recently been engaged in a back-and-forth and Lil Wayne just took things to the next level. According to reports, the drama started on May 8 after the “Mr. Carter” rapper seemingly called Dallas Mavericks player Luka Doncic, 23, a “ho” via Twitter.
The insult came as a result of Game 4 between the Phoenix Suns and the Dallas Mavericks. Reportedly, Wayne is a big Phoenix Suns fan. A week later Wayne sat courtside on Sunday (May 15) in Phoenix for the Suns’ Game 7 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. Mark Cuban, who is the owner of the Mavericks, took this as an opportunity to defend his player. He retweeted Lil Wayne’s tweet and added a lyric from the rapper’s song “Uproar.” He said,
“It’s a sh*t show, put you front row ” #MFFL”
Wayne wasn’t here for Cuban’s clapback and held nothing back as he responded to the billionaire. In a now-deleted tweet, he said,
“Mark Cuban don’t make me get u smacked boy U playing w me?? I will piss in ya f’n mouth ho.”
He added,
“Ya lil b*tch its up.”
It’s unclear if the two men are having a little fun as sports fans or if there really is a serious issue brewing between them. Mark Cuban has yet to reply to Wayne’s latest tweet.
