Rob Kardashian Blasts Blac Chyna For Doubling Back On Agreement To End Revenge Porn Case

New details have surfaced surrounding Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna’s legal battle.

Rob is making his voice heard when it comes to a settlement deal he and former fiancé, Blac Chyna discussed to avoid a trial in her revenge porn case against him.

According to reports, new court documents filed by Rob’s attorneys say Blac Chyna agreed to drop her lawsuit against him for revenge porn, on the basis of helping her get dropped from a separate lawsuit involving the two. He alleges that Chyna accepted this deal last month. However, Chyna is still threatening to continue with her trial against Rob.

The trial in question is a lawsuit against Rob for allegedly posting explicit photos of her on his Instagram account after their breakup in 2017. Chyna claims he shared the photos to cause her emotional harm in the lawsuit. She described the ordeal as

“humiliating and degrading.”

The separate lawsuit comes from Blac Chyna‘s ex, Pilot Jones who claims the former couple outed him as gay and exposed him to threats from the public. Jones filed suit in 2019 and requested more than $2 million.

While Rob thinks Chyna is being unfair, Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani told TMZ that Rob wasn’t even supposed to speak on the deal:

“Under California law, settlement discussions are confidential. Rob Kardashian has violated California law by revealing alleged details of ongoing settlement discussions.

Chyna is permitted under California law to disclose that settlement discussions regarding her revenge porn case against her ex-fiancé are ongoing. When and if a confidential settlement is reached on this case, Chyna will alert the court first and then the media.”

Ciani is telling Rob and his team that Blac Chyna can simply state that she and her ex’s negotiations are

“still being discussed.”

Just last month, Blac Chyna lost her lawsuit against Rob’s sisters and mother where she accused them of defamation and interference.

Safe to say, Blac Chyna is not letting up despite her first loss against the Kardashians.
