Tyler Perry Building New $100 Million Mega Mansion
Actor, director, producer, and screenwriter Tyler Perry is reportedly building a new house that cost $100+ million to build.
Billionaire Tyler Perry, 52, has reportedly been working on the personal project for years, however, the front and back yard of the massive estate seems to still mostly be an empty lot of dirt. The project dates back to 2013 when the movie mogul purchased 856 acres in Douglas County.

According to reports, five years later it was revealed Tyler Perry had been building a mega mansion just outside of Atlanta. Perry’s 35,000 square-foot mansion is situated on 1,200 acres in Douglasville and features 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The new home also features a large lap pool, private runway, and a massive property entrance.
The estate is even a short driving distance from Tyler Perry Studios, a film production studio in Atlanta, Georgia founded by the filmmaker. Acquired by Perry in 2015, Tyler Perry Studios is reportedly larger by acreage than any major L.A. studio, and it remains the only major film studio in the nation to be owned by an African American.
