Day26 Announces The Group Will Be Reuniting For Their 15th Anniversary

R&B music group Day26 is set to officially make a comeback!

Former Bad Boy R&B group Day26, formed in August 2007 by Sean “Diddy” Combs, recently announced via Instagram that they are officially reuniting for their 15th anniversary.

Day26, which consists of all males, will return with all original five members — Robert Curry, Brian Andrews, Willie Taylor, Qwanell Mosley, and Michael McCluney. The band of brothers appear to all be on board for the reunion since they decided to split and pursue solo careers back in 2012.

On July 18, the news of the reunion was confirmed when Day26 band member Qwanell Mosley, 33, took to social media to show the group all together in the studio. Singer Qwanell Mosley captioned the post:

“We back @officialday26 vibes in the studio.”

News of the group’s reconciliation was also confirmed by Day26 member Willie Taylor, 41, who appeared to validate the announcement with a repost to his IG stories. Vocalist/singer Willie Taylor wrote:

“From the gym to the
Stu!!!!! 15 Year Anniversary in full
effect!!!”

Day26 was founded on the “Making the Band 4” Season 1 finale on August 26, 2007. Brian Andrews, 42, Michael McCluney, 38, Qwanell Mosley, Robert Curry, 37, and Willie Taylor were chosen to be a part of Diddy’s brand new all-male R&B music group. The name Day 26 was selected from the day that they were picked which was August 26, 2007.

Day26 first called it quits back in 2012 after releasing two studio albums. In recent years, they have reunited for tours, and guest performances.
