Tichina Arnold’s Divorce Finalized Six Years After Separating From Husband

Tichina Arnold’s Divorce Finalized Six Years After Separating From Husband
Tichina Arnold is officially single after a six-year separation from her estranged husband. According to reports, despite the long-extended separation, the actress didn’t file for divorce until August of 2021, citing irreconcilable differences. The pair share no children together.
Tichina Arnold, 53, and DaRico “Rico” Hines, 44, married in 2012 in a beautiful ceremony in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ‘Martin’ star called it quits with the current Toronto Raptors Assistant Coach in 2016 following his reported sex tape scandal and alleged affairs with other women.
At the time, a source close to Tichina Arnold said she allegedly exposed DaRico Hines’ infidelities to family and friends in a group text that included a video that proved her accusations.
The source says Tichina texted:
“It’s over between Rico and I. This is where I part ways and all bets are off. I can’t for the life of me understand why Rico would video himself f***ing ‘raw dog’ ONE of his MANY extraneous whores that ‘trick’ on him for his money.”

This was Tichina’s second marriage and she further explained why she had to walk away. After she made the decision to separate from her husband, she said,
“I had that feeling of, you know, beyond him being my husband, this is supposed to be my friend, my confidant. Somebody who I can trust. And when you can’t trust the person that you sleep with every night, there’s a problem. I could no longer trust him. I could no longer lay with him. And it doesn’t make him a horrible person. We all make mistakes, but not with me and not on my time and not in my life.”
According to reports, the divorce was finalized on July 15. Neither has commented on the official ending of their marriage.
