According to reports, on Friday (July 29) in the Superior Court of California, Blac Chyna requested a final dismissal of her revenge porn claim against her ex Rob Kardashian, born Robert Arthur Kardashian, with prejudice. It looks like Blac Chyna is putting her foot forward to stop the legal battle, being that this claim would prevent her from filing any future claims pertaining to this issue.

Court documents state that the co-parents, who share Dream Kardashian, 5, resolved their disagreements out of court following the judge’s dismissal of Rob Kardashian’s motion to implement a settlement. The 35-year-old’s attorneys argued that “Chyna and her counsel have acted in bad faith.”

The former Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s reality star filed a motion back in June alleging Chyna claimed she would drop her lawsuit if he assisted her in getting out of getting sued by her “former friend” Justin C. Jones, Chyna’s ex-boyfriend. Justin C. Jones accused the ex-couple of “public disclosure of private facts” and “intentional infliction of emotional distress” after he faced cyberbullying following Chyna and Kardashian exposing him as gay. Kardashian agreed to help Chyna back in May but apparently she “changed her mind” and had intentions on moving forward with her revenge porn lawsuit.

As previously reported, Chyna has been in a legal battle with her ex’s family since 2017. Amid Chyna’s split with Kardashian, she sued the Kardashian’s for allegedly interfering with the future of her reality show, Rob & Chyna, which aired for three months in 2016. The show was renewed for a second season but put on hold until July 2017 due to Kardashian and Chyna’s on and off relationship. Later that year, Chyna, born Angela White, filed her lawsuit against the Kardashian’s.

In May, a verdict was handed down stating that the Kardashian’s won the case and Chyna was not awarded for claimed damages. A judge ordered Chyna to pay the Kardashians’ litigation costs which were estimated up to $400,000 after she failed to convince the jury that the Kardashian family owed her $108 million.
