Vivica A. Fox Gives Crystal Smith Advice Amid Ne-Yo’s Alleged Cheating: Stop Staying For Fame & Instagram Posts, You Deserve A Man To Treat You Like A Queen

It looks like Vivica A. Fox is offering Crystal Smith some words of encouragement amid her split from Ne-Yo!

On Monday’s (Aug.1) episode of ‘Cocktails With Queens,’ the hosts weighed in on Crystal Smith and Ne-Yo’s recent split and his alleged cheating in their relationship. Co-host Vivica A. Fox took the time to offer some advice to Crystal. She said,

“Sometimes women, ya know, it becomes this vicious cycle that you get in that you now think this is love. You deserve better sweetheart, you’ve tried.  I know sometimes a lot of women say, ‘well I don’t want to break up my family.’ It’s not working. Move on.”

Vivica continued,

“Go get counseling for yourself so that you will know that you deserve a man to treat you like a queen.. stop staying for the fame and instagram posts. You deserve for a man to love you for you. “

On Sunday (July 31), Crystal Smith took to Instagram to announce her split from Ne-Yo. In a lengthy message, she wrote:

“8 years of unknowingly sharing my life and husband with numerous women who sell their bodies to him unprotected.. every last one of them! To say I’m heartbroken and disgusted is [an] understatement.”

She added,

“To ask me to stay and accept it is absolutely insane. The mentality of a narcissist. I will no longer lie to the public or pretend that this is something it isn’t. I choose me, I choose my happiness and health and my respect. I gained 3 beautiful children out of this but nothing else but wasted years and heartache.”

Smith and Ne-Yo both share three children: Shaffer, 6, Roman, 3, and 1-year-old Isabella.

The couple has been here before after a public split back in 2020, but the pair seemed to work it out and even renewed their vows a few months ago. However, this time around, the mother of three seems to officially be done. Her recent cryptic social media posts are gaining attention, with one of the IG stories uploads featuring the popular tune “F.N.F (Let’s Go).”
