TLC member, Chilli and “Boy Meets World” star Matthew Lawrence gave fans the ultimate ’90s crossover moment when the two were spotted hanging out in Hawaii!

On Monday (Aug. 8), Matthew Lawrence and Chilli (born Rozonda Ocielian Thomas) were photographed on the beach in Waikiki, Hawaii. Some beachgoers told sources the two got in the water together and then shared conversation while relaxing on beach chairs. While the images immediately sparked dating rumors, a rep for the “No Scrubs” singer told sources that the two are not dating and are just friends.

According to reports, TLC had a show in Hawaii and Matthew and some friends came to watch. Since Matthew and Chilli are reportedly longtime friends, they decided to meet up at a later time and catch up. The “Mrs. Doubtfire” actor has been keeping a low profile since his divorce from his ex-wife/ “Dancing with the Stars” pro, Cheryl Burke.

Cheryl Burke and Matthew Lawrence were together for five years and married for nearly three before she filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences. However, she noted that the former couple had been separated since January.

While Matthew Lawrence has not publicly acknowledged the divorce, Cheryl Burke has admitted she is “kind of lonely” without a husband. On her podcast, ‘Burke In The Game,’ she said:

“At the end of the day, you know, when I close my eyes and go to bed, it is kind of lonely.”
