Tristan Thompson Paying Maralee Nichols Child Support, But ‘No Attempt’ To Meet Their Eight-Month-Old Son
Tristan Thompson Reportedly Paying Maralee Nichols Child Support, But ‘No Attempt’ To Meet Their Eight-Month-Old Son
Tristan Thompson is now paying Maralee Nichols child support, but reportedly has not made efforts to meet the son he shares with her.
NBA player Tristan Thompson is said to have started paying child support to Maralee Nichols, the mother of his eight-month-old son, Theo.
His lawyer told reporters that the now father-of-four “is paying, and has paid, child support to Ms. Nichols retroactive to the date she delivered the child,” confirming Tristan has paid back child support from when she gave birth in December.
Despite getting his child support payments with Nichols on track, he has still not yet met his son, Theo. A source said:
“Tristan has still made no attempt to meet his 8-month-old son, Theo. It was not until recently that Tristan started paying child support.”
As we reported last year, the conception of his child with Nichols was around the same time his then-girlfriend Khloe Kardashian, threw a party for his 30th birthday. The moment Khloe and her family found out about Thompson fathering another child was aired on their Hulu show “The Kardashians.”
It was later revealed that Khloe was planning to have another baby with Tristan in the midst of his affair with Nichols being exposed. The child, which is Khloe and Tristan’s second together, was born earlier this month.
It was also recently reported that Khloe would have sole legal and physical custody of the new baby.
In addition to his two children with Khloe Kardashian and one child with Maralee Nichols, he also shares a son, five-year-old Prince, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.
